Established in late 2024 by Midwestern artist Asante Marie Owusu-Brafi, Circuit Scope is a contemporary art gallery based in Chicago’s southwest side. Situated in the Clock Tower Industrial Center‘s warehouse built in 1915 and abandoned since the late 1990s, the gallery works primarily with Chicago-based and international artists. Its focus is electronics, performance, photography, and painting. Showing works that are devised through improvisational techniques, spontaneity, and the collective.
Please note that our gallery is not ADA accessible and may pose health risks for individuals with lung problems due to exposure to dust and lead paint. To ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors, not all of our exhibitions and operations are hosted in the gallery space.
